How long does production and delivery take?
Production takes 1-3 business days, delivery via Packeta 1-2 business days. Total up to 3 days from your order.
Can I order a custom design?
Yes. For lithophanes, you upload your photo directly with the order. For other products, add a note or write to info@printhia.sk, and we'll design it to your specs for free.
Are prices VAT-inclusive?
Yes, we are VAT registered. Prices on the website are final, including VAT. We issue an invoice on request, and it's mandatory for orders over €400.
What shipping do you use?
We ship exclusively via Packeta, to a Z-BOX or to your address. Shipping costs €4, free over €100.
What if I'm not satisfied?
30-day satisfaction guarantee. If the product isn't right for you, we'll refund you, no questions asked.
