Shipping Policy

1. General Information
This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through the Printhia online store ("we", "us", "our"). By placing an order, you agree to the terms set out below.
Please note: most of our products are 3D prints made to order, so the total delivery time includes both production time and shipping time.
2. Order Processing and Production Time
We process orders on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in the Slovak Republic).
The standard production time for 3D printed items is usually 3 to 7 business days, depending on order volume, model complexity, and print queue.
Custom designs or large orders may require additional time. If a significant delay occurs, we will contact you by email.
3. Carriers
We use trusted carriers to deliver shipments:
- Slovak Post: delivery to address and BalikoBOX pickup points
- Packeta (Zasielkovna): pickup points and delivery to address
- GLS: delivery to address and ParcelShop
- DPD: delivery to address and Pickup points
The specific carrier is assigned based on the destination country, shipment weight, and the method you choose at checkout.
4. Shipping Destinations and Delivery Times
Shipping options and prices are calculated and shown at checkout based on the delivery address, order weight, and the service level chosen.
The delivery times below apply only to transit time after the shipment has been dispatched (i.e. they do not include production time as described in section 2).

If your delivery address is outside the currently available countries, you will not be able to complete the order. Subscribe to our newsletter to be notified when new countries are added.
The times stated above are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, customs authorities, or other circumstances beyond our control.
5. Shipment Tracking and Confirmation
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email to the address provided at checkout.
If tracking is available for the shipping method chosen, the email will include a tracking number and a tracking link for the relevant carrier.
Tracking information may be updated with a slight delay (usually within 24 hours of dispatch). If you have not received an email with your tracking number, please check your Spam or Junk folder. If you still cannot find it, contact us at objednavky@printhia.sk.
6. Incorrect Address and Undeliverable Shipments
The customer is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the delivery address provided when ordering (including name, street, postal code, city, country, phone number and email).
If you notice an error in the address, contact us as soon as possible at objednavky@printhia.sk. If the order has not yet been dispatched, we will correct the address free of charge. Once the order has been processed and handed over to the carrier, we cannot guarantee changes, and they may be subject to a fee under the relevant carrier's price list.
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect it from the carrier, we may, at our discretion, either:
- resend the order after payment of the additional shipping costs,
- or cancel the order and refund the product price (shipping fees are non-refundable).
7. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Shipments
Once the order has been handed over to the carrier, the risk of loss passes to the customer (subject to any mandatory consumer regulations applicable in your country).
A shipment is considered delayed if it has not been delivered within 5 business days after the maximum estimated shipping time stated in section 4 has elapsed.
A shipment is considered lost if it has not been delivered within 14 business days of dispatch and the tracking information shows no active movement.
If the tracking status shows "delivered" but you have not received the package, please check with neighbors or building management and contact the carrier directly.
If a shipment is significantly delayed, appears to be lost, or has been stolen, contact us with your order number and tracking details at objednavky@printhia.sk. We will open a claim with the carrier, which may take 7 to 30 days.
Once the carrier confirms the loss, we will, at your choice, produce and ship a replacement free of charge, or refund the full order amount including shipping. Compensation or refunds for stolen shipments are assessed individually and may depend on the outcome of the carrier's investigation.
8. Damaged Shipments
When you receive a shipment, always check the condition of the packaging. If the packaging is visibly damaged, we recommend accepting the shipment with reservations or refusing delivery entirely and completing a damage report with the courier.
If your order arrives damaged:
- keep all packaging material (box, padding, labels) as well as the damaged items,
- take clear photographs of both the packaging and the damage from multiple angles,

contact us within 48 hours of delivery at objednavky@printhia.sk and include:
- order number,
- photographs of the damaged packaging,
- photographs of the damaged product,
- a photograph of the shipping label.
After reviewing the claim, we will produce a replacement free of charge, or refund you in accordance with our Returns and Refunds Policy. You do not need to send the damaged product back unless we explicitly ask you to.
9. Split Shipments
For larger orders or orders containing products with different production times, we reserve the right to split the shipment into multiple packages, which may be dispatched at different times.
We do not charge additional shipping fees for split shipments. You only pay the one shipping fee based on your original order.
You will receive a separate email with a tracking number for each part of a split shipment. Delivery dates for individual items within a single order may differ.
10. Customs Fees for Switzerland
Switzerland is not a member of the European Union. Deliveries to Switzerland may therefore be subject to:
- customs duty under the Swiss Confederation's customs tariff,
- VAT (MWST/TVA/IVA) under Swiss regulations,
- carrier handling fees for customs clearance.
These fees are not included in the product price or the shipping price and are payable by the recipient upon delivery or upon request by the carrier.
The amount of these fees depends on the customs value of the shipment and current Swiss regulations. Printhia cannot precisely calculate these fees in advance.
Refusal to accept a shipment due to customs fees is not considered grounds for a full refund of the order. The refund will be the value of the goods less shipping costs, return shipping costs, and any customs fees.
11. Changes to this Shipping Policy
We may update or amend this Shipping Policy from time to time.
Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. By continuing to use the store after such changes are posted, you agree to the amended terms.

Production and delivery of clickers
We make clickers by hand to order. Production usually takes up to 2 business days after the order is confirmed. Once produced, the shipment is sent with your chosen carrier; delivery within Slovakia usually takes 1 to 5 business days. Shipping cost is shown and calculated in the cart based on the carrier chosen. We ship to Slovakia and to selected EU countries (Czech Republic, Austria, Germany, Poland, Hungary, Belgium).
